SC3 is a county-wide collaborative working to ensure every family in Sheboygan County has access to quality early childhood education. We are bringing together over 40 licensed childcare centers, along with businesses and community members to eliminate barriers facing the childcare profession and strengthen the local early learning ecosystem. Our vision is a thriving early childhood education system built on collaboration, resource-sharing and community support.
Access to reliable, quality childcare affects everyone in our community. When childcare centers thrive, parents can work with peace of mind, children receive the early learning experiences they need and local businesses benefit from a stable workforce. SC3 is working toward supporting this vital infrastructure by providing centers with shared resources, professional development, substitute staffing and centralized waitlist management that connects families with available openings.
