We've officially opened our doors! Despite inclement weather, the community came together to celebrate this milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and open house event.
Board directors, administration, and staff welcomed guests, providing a sneak peek of the first phase of construction and sharing their vision for the future. Their aim is to serve children, including those with special needs, from infancy to 17 years old, addressing the significant childcare shortage in Sheboygan County. In addition to the ribbon-cutting ceremony, the event featured an open house, allowing visitors to tour the facility and learn about the comprehensive services offered.
Co-founder Angel Berry expressed her gratitude to the community for their support and dedication, stating, "At AMD, weather will never stop us from being there for kiddos and families that need us." She plans to continue construction throughout the year, with the ultimate goal of completing the building and expanding its capacity to serve more families in need.
We are excited to embark on this journey with the Sheboygan County community and look forward to providing accessible, high-quality childcare to families for years to come!
